Database for Actionable Immunology

The Database for Actionable Immunology (dbAI) is a freely available resource contributed by Dr. Tao Wang’s laboratory in UT Southwestern Medical Center. It catalogs experimental data on T/B cell epitopes, immune receptors, HLA alleles, etc, in the context of cancers, infectious diseases and other human diseases. dbAI also hosts cloud-based computational services for immunological problems, such as predictions of T cell receptor-T cell epitope interactions. dbAI aims to provide knowledge and resource for facilitating translational applications of immunotherapeutics
